The third quarter of 2022 saw varied performance among the top 5 tools apps in Ghana. Below, we examine the trends in downloads, revenue, and active users for these apps based on data from Sensor Tower.

QRScanner - Super QR Code Tool experienced significant fluctuations in weekly downloads. Starting at around 11.1K at the end of June, downloads peaked at 187.7K in the week of July 25 before stabilizing around a lower range, ending the quarter at 17.4K. Active users followed a similar trend, peaking at approximately 259.7K in late August and finishing the quarter at 155.7K.

Xender - Share Music Transfer maintained a relatively stable download rate throughout Q3, with weekly downloads ranging from 39K to 69K. Active users remained consistent, fluctuating slightly around 390K, peaking at 421.9K in early August, and ending the quarter at 393.8K.
